Last Sunday I had to bid those who helped shape my life farewell.
We went to the NAIA Centennial Airport to take them there.
It was a bittersweet event, but like what my sister said, "Why be sad when you know that they will be better off at where they're going? We should be happy for them instead."
The view from the waiting lounge outside of the terminal for the families of those who are leaving.
The fountains placed strategically around the area of the terminal. It was calming and soothing, well thought of decor.
All I could say is that the new terminal is a far cry from the old NAIA. It's cleaner and it had more than enough space for family and friends to wait and share meals together with those who are leaving.
