Body Art - My First Tattoo

I have been wanting to get a tattoo for the longest time now. During those days when I still had yet to find an artist, I settled for henna tattoos where ever I can get them.

Finally after a very long wait I was able to find a reputable artist with reasonable prices.

My forearm tattoo from Octopushink Tattoo Studio located in the Hansel Arcade Cubao, Quezon City. The studio is owned by PhilTAG founder Nero Nievo. Although my ink was not done by the popular artist himself as he was busy with another client, it's okay because it was done by Lenie, an artist that he trained and he was there too, making sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the art.

Tattooing is a form of self expression and I found me in it. I'm satisfied with the ink that I would be carrying for the rest of my life. The pain, well there's not much pain. I would describe it as soothing and calming. I'm already planning the next design of my next tattoo to be placed on my left forearm and another design to complete my "bracelet" on the right.
