But, Ford is not resting on its Edge laurels. New for 2011 is an interior remake which includes a fresh grille, updated headlamps, new hood and windshield, new tires and updated tail light treatments.

Although the engineers spent a lot of effort in the exterior re-design, the interior is still the focal point for many. The center console and dashboard have been re-designed to accommodate MyFordTouch. Simply stated, it allows you to use and operate the climate control, navigation, entertainment, radio, and telephone by voice command. Ford introduced the Sync system several years ago that could use voice commands for the radio, iPod, and other entertainment, but this MyFordTouch takes everything to a much higher level. Sync offered about 100 voice command options. MyFordTouch offers about 10,000 voice options.
