The family car, or sedan, is a staple of most car manufacturers. In 2007, Fiat introduced an updated model of it's Fiat Bravo at the Geneva Motor Convention. Fiat extensively utilized CAD engineering and computer simulations in the design process for the new Fiat Bravo. The car was finished on a very tight deadline. A large amount of the car's body and internal fittings was engineered by an Austrian automotive company. One of the new features introduced with the car was Bluetooth-enabled hands-free use of mobile phones. This feature could also present short text messages on the dashboard display and came with a built-in voice activation mode. A USB port was also a part of the new design, allowing direct connection of any MP3 player or USB drive to the car's entertainment system.

The smart and elegant Fiat Bravo will hit Indian roads by the end of 2010. The bravo will be powered by a 1.9 L Multi-jet engine that can deliver 148 bhp. The Bravo is big, it turns out to be a sedan-sized hatchback. The front and rear fascia of the Bravo are similar to the Grande Punto. Short bonnet, rounded corners and wedges waistline impart a very contemporary look to the Fiat Bravo. The Bravo hatchback will soon be joined by a Bravo Estate car.
